"Alive Again" n'est pas qu'un morceau taillé pour le dancefloor ; c’est une véritable bande-son de la reconstruction.
Les paroles traduisent une trajectoire brute et sincère : celle d'un homme qui a vécu à cent à l'heure ("I was living fast"), fuyant ses propres ombres ("But I was just running from me"), avant de choisir de brûler le passé pour mieux se reconstruire ("I left the chaos, I burned the past").
